Your feedback helps Viva a Vida Foundation improve the way we support our community. Anyone — participants, volunteers, donors, partners or members of the public — is welcome to share a compliment, a suggestion or a complaint. This page explains how to reach us and what happens next.

To help us respond well, please tell us what happened, when it happened, and how we can reach you.

Feedback and complaints are treated respectfully and confidentially. The details you share are only discussed with the people directly involved in reviewing the matter. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will acknowledge that we have received your feedback or complaint
  • The matter is reviewed fairly and impartially by the appropriate person at the Foundation
  • We will respond to you with the outcome, and keep you informed if the review takes longer than expected

You may ask for the matter to be escalated internally. In that case, your complaint will be reviewed by a Director of the Foundation who was not involved in the original response.
